Hey and welcome to my first blog post. In this one I'll introduce you to the programming language Python, but before we get into it, I'll want to give you a general idea of what programming is. What is programming? Programming is nothing else then giving your computer a set of instructions. Actually we're all doing it in some kind everyday without even knowing. Opening your Web browser or using a calculator, somehow you want your computer to execute these tasks. So you must be able to communicate in a certain language with your computer, but they can just handle 0's and 1's (Bits). So how is it even possible to understand a simple command like "5 + 5"? How should they know what the number 5 is or what a "+" is? The answer is, everything is encoded in a sequence of bits. For example "5" could be represented as "101" and let's say "+" is encoded as "000111", then "101 000111 101...

L ast time I explained the basics of blockchain. But we are still missing some parts in order to build a working decentralized network like Bitcoin. I'll go into it in this blog. We understand the concept of blockchain, but we don't know, where it is actually implemented in the network and how it is used. We continue with the example of building a decentralized system for money transferring and we have again person A, B and C. So in this case our blockchain has all the information about occurred transactions and it knows exactly, how much money A, B and C has. We store a copy of the blockchain on each node. So everyone sees all transactions and the amount everyone owns. This is a fully transparent system. If A sends B 100€ now, a new block is added to the blockchain and everyone in the network updates its chain. The transaction is now confirmed, because it's stored on each blockchain and all nodes in the network see the transaction. A can't double-spend...
